Path Construction asked project partners WindWave Real Estate, Pappageorge Haymes, Landrock, Barings, and guests to join and celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of 111 Point in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
The event marked the completion of a major adaptive reuse project that transformed the former Salesforce Midwest headquarters into 153 market-rate residential units and gave the existing downtown building a new purpose.
A Milestone for Path Construction
111 Point brought together Path Construction’s development, design, and construction capabilities to deliver a complex office-to-multifamily conversion in downtown Chicago.
Rather than starting with a vacant site, the team worked within an existing office building to reimagine spaces originally designed for commercial use and create a modern residential environment.
“This project has been strategically important to Path because the successful completion of this has provided a proof of concept in our ability to develop, design, and execute construction on complex downtown conversion projects at a high level.” – Bryan Craig, Senior Project Manager

Designing from Within
Path’s in-house architectural team contributed to the design of the building’s interiors, allowing design and construction expertise to work together throughout the conversion.
The completed residential community features a fitness center, coworking space, outdoor terraces, pet spa, podcast room, club room, and a wellness amenity deck with an outdoor hot tub and sauna. Together, these spaces helped transform the former office building into a residential environment designed around how people live, work, and gather.
A New Chapter for 111 Point
The grand opening marked both the culmination of the project team’s work and the beginning of a new chapter for the property. Through adaptive reuse, 111 Point demonstrates the potential to transform underutilized office space into new housing while extending the useful life of an existing building.
For Path, the completion of 111 Point provides a foundation for pursuing future opportunities that bring development, architecture, and construction together under one team.
