Path Construction will construct the new 47,000-square-foot Libertyville Police Station at the existing 200 E. Cook Avenue site. The project includes demolition of the existing building and construction of a new two-story facility with a basement, designed to support modern law enforcement operations with public lobby space, citizen report rooms, administration and investigations areas, booking and holding, evidence processing and storage, a vehicle sally port, lower-level squad garage, training and community spaces, locker rooms, fitness and wellness areas, secure parking, and site improvements.
