Morristown Landing is the new construction of a 110,000 SF community center with recreational and aquatic facilities. The aquatic facility includes competitive & recreational swimming pools, water slides, a drop slide, diving boards, pool timing system, and a large interactive outdoor splash pad. The community center also includes a gymnasium with suspended running track, exercise rooms, a commercial kitchen, a board meeting room, offices, operable partitions, a suspended airplane in the lobby, and curtain wall. The associated site work includes vehicular & pedestrian pavement, a road extension, an electronic monument sign, and landscaping.
