Path Construction delivered a unique project combining a 30,000 SF new addition with a complete renovation of a 15,000 SF existing retail motorcycle store and service center. The facility features 18 state-of-the-art service bays and the largest, most modern Harley-Davidson showroom in the country. Renovation and new construction integrated the Old World Spanish style of the original building, including natural wood logs, stucco, and brick facades, with covered entries and patios throughout the exterior.

Constructing the addition while renovating the active retail and service areas required careful phasing to maintain operations. The project successfully expanded service capacity, modernized the showroom, and preserved the distinctive architectural character of the dealership.
