Path Construction completed a fast-track design-build interior build-out for LAVA Instant Thai at Yorktown Mall in the Chicagoland area, creating a compact restaurant space tailored to high-volume service. The work included selective demolition, new partitions, storefront modifications, commercial kitchen installation, and updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support food service operations. Interior finishes incorporated durable flooring, wall treatments, lighting, and ceiling systems suited to an active retail environment. The integrated design-build approach allowed design and construction to proceed concurrently, supporting efficient layout decisions, streamlined MEP installation, and on-time delivery within an occupied shopping center.
