Path Construction broke ground at the new Everhome Suites in Glendale, Arizona. Developed by HighSide Companies, the upcoming extended stay hotel spans 60,800 square feet and comprises four stories constructed with a wood-frame structure.

Strategically located off of Arizona State Route 101 and Northern Avenue, the hotel’s proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment options, Luke Air Force Base, Banner Boswell Medical Center, State Farm Stadium, Interstate 10, and the Phoenix-Wickenburg Highway offers guests unparalleled convenience. Additionally, the hotel itself boasts a range of modern features to enhance guest experiences including fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, multi-purpose lobby areas, a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool. The hotel’s exterior features a combination of materials such as exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), stonework, and cement board.
