Path Construction is completing renovations to select common areas within the approximately 80,000 sf, two-level Building G wing at Oakbrook Center, anchored by Nordstrom. The work is focused on updating the existing retail environment while maintaining access and normal operations throughout the surrounding shopping center.

Improvements include new paving and concrete finishes, upgrades to knee and parapet walls, curtain wall and storefront systems, glass railings, tile finishes, architectural metal panels, elevator and escalator enclosure finishes, canopy improvements, and associated painting and exterior finish work.

Construction is being performed within an active retail environment, requiring the project team to maintain entrances, exits, passageways, utilities, deliveries, and adjacent operations with minimal disruption throughout the work.
