As part of Cullinan Properties’ RockRun Collection 310-acre mixed-use development, Path Construction executed extensive work on The View multi-family component. This initiative involved significant site work across the 30-acre area, laying the groundwork for the construction of fourteen three-story, wood-framed apartment buildings totaling 573 units. Path also provided substantial Pre-Construction services to facilitate the development’s complex planning and coordination. The planned amenities for the tenants include an outdoor pool, an entertainment area, a volleyball court, a yoga platform, a bocce ball court, a cabana building, and a free-standing clubhouse with a gym.
