Project included a remodel of 8 fully compliant ADA units and general repairs/upgrades to 146 typical units. Activities included painting, drywall patching, lighting upgrades, toilet and plumbing accessory upgrades. Full common space remodel including community kitchen, community bathrooms, management offices, new fitness centers and library.
