This ground-up project delivered a new, 88,000 square-foot self-storage facility to serve the Mason, Ohio community. The location consists of a single three-story building that houses 601 fully climate-controlled units, ranging in size from 5′×5′ through 30′×30′. The structure is primarily a metal building utilizing Cold-Formed Metal Framing and structural steel. For aesthetic appeal, the exterior features a blend of durable metal panels, EIFS, and exterior masonry. The facility is equipped with two customer elevators to ensure easy access to all second and third-floor storage units.
