Located in Knoxville, Tennessee on Maynardville Pike, this Mini Storage Depot project is the ground-up construction of a 95,400 GSF self-storage facility. Featuring metal panels, EIFS, and exterior masonry, each building’s structure is made from cold formed metal framing and structural steel. The three-story climate-controlled building is roughly 24,000 SF on each floor. The two single-story stand alone buildings on site are comprised of outdoor accessible units.
