Mr. Shannon is a seasoned construction executive with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a track record of leading high-performance project teams that deliver on-time, high quality results that exceed client expectations.
As the Florida Regional Manager at Path Construction Northeast, Rich oversees all aspects of the company’s operations in the state while also developing and executing strategic plans, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and fostering a culture of excellence in Path’s Florida office.
Mr. Shannon is experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of construction management including preconstruction, project management, scheduling, finance, risk management, contracts, quality, and safety. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and he is a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor.
Rich has successfully completed projects in Florida and throughout the Southeast U.S. across many market sectors including K-12 & higher education, retail, senior living, healthcare, industrial, federal/military, and office spaces.
