Mr. Pimentel is a Senior Project Manager at Path Construction. In his role he is responsible for managing and leading his construction team for each assigned project. This involves coordinating day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, creating and maintaining schedules, pay requests, change orders, information requests, cost control, tracking submittals, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality , and running or assisting with OAC, subcontractor and team meetings.
Mr. Pimentel’s 14 years of experience includes a diverse portfolio of knowledge and technical proficiency in wide variety of construction projects. His experience includes significant involvement in commercial, retail, higher education, schoolwork, hospitality, municipal, residential, senior living, and LEED projects.
