Mr. Pimentel is a Project Executive at Path Construction. In his role, he manages and leads his construction team on each assigned project. This involves coordinating subcontractors’ and suppliers’ day-to-day activities, contract administration, procurement, creating and maintaining schedules, pay requests, and change orders, handling information requests, cost control, tracking submittals, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality, and running or assisting with OAC, subcontractor, and team meetings.
Mr. Pimentel’s 18 years of experience encompass a diverse portfolio of knowledge and technical proficiency across a wide range of construction projects. His experience includes significant involvement in commercial, retail, higher education, schoolwork, hospitality, municipal, residential, and senior living projects, as well as LEED projects.
