Matt Johnson is the Vice President of Operations at Path Construction. He manages multiple project teams that handle all aspects of Design-Bid-Build projects and has experience leading teams on multi-million-dollar residential and commercial construction projects for both government and private-sector clients. Mr. Johnson’s experience includes more than 1,000,000 square feet and $300MM of multifamily residential projects, including multiple beachfront 20+-story structures and related recreational amenities.
Mr. Johnson also has significant experience in high-rise elevated post tensioned concrete structures, high-end residential projects, higher education projects, LEED projects, and government projects for the GSA, State of Illinois CDB, Cook County (IL), and the USACE, with on-time and accelerated project completions.
