Maddie Krause joined Path Construction in 2018 and currently serves as Human Resources Manager. She leads key HR functions including hiring, training, compliance, policy development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. In her role, Maddie provides strategic guidance and hands-on support to employees and leaders across the organization, helping to build a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture nationwide.
Maddie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from DePaul University in Chicago. Since transitioning into Human Resources, she has found her professional passion and is deeply committed to supporting both organizational success and the career development of Path Construction’s employees.
