Located just a short drive from Southwest Florida International Airport, StudioRes Fort Myers features 124 studio-style guest rooms, each equipped with kitchenettes, lounging areas, and flexible living space ideal for long-term stays. Communal areas include outdoor patios, a modern fitness center, and convenient food and beverage options. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, streaming services, and functional workspaces, creating a seamless blend of comfort and productivity.
This project showcases Path Construction’s expertise in hospitality construction, including site development, structural work, and high-end finishes that reflect Marriott’s brand standards.
