The project involves the new construction of a modern four-story hotel designed to provide accommodations and amenities for guests. In addition to the hotel structure, significant site improvements are being made to enhance functionality and accessibility.
The site improvements include installing new utilities to support the hotel’s water supply, electricity, and waste management systems. Permeable pavers will promote sustainable stormwater management, allowing rainwater to permeate through the surface and reduce runoff.
Additional enhancements to the site include the installation of asphalt for smooth vehicle access and parking areas, well-defined sidewalks and curbs to improve pedestrian safety and navigation around the property.
