The site improvements include installing new utilities to support the hotel’s water supply, electricity, and waste management systems. Permeable pavers will promote sustainable stormwater management by allowing rainwater to permeate through the surface and reducing runoff.
Additional enhancements to the site include installing asphalt for smooth vehicle access and parking areas, well-defined sidewalks, and curbs to improve pedestrian safety and navigation around the property.
