Path Construction completed a new ground-up, 48,600 SF WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Mesa, Arizona. The four-story, 122-key development is the second WoodSpring Suites location for Genesis Companies in the state and marks a key step in their expansion into the Phoenix market. The hotel features upscale theming and landscaping that integrate with the surrounding community, offering guests a combination of comfort and style.

Key challenges included meeting extended-stay hospitality standards and aligning the design with the character of the Arizona setting. The Path team addressed these through detailed planning and execution, delivering a facility that strengthens Genesis Hospitality’s regional portfolio.
