Path Construction renovated lecture halls, offices, and infrastructure at an existing higher education facility to enhance functionality and aesthetics. The work included window replacement, HVAC system upgrades, and theconstruction of a new concrete and masonry stairwell with an ADA-compliant ramp at the southeast entrance. Tuck-pointing of the southeast elevation restored the building’s masonry while improving its visual appeal.

The project was executed within an active educational environment, requiring scheduling around classes and faculty use. Renovations improved accessibility, energy efficiency, and overall performance, delivering modernized and more comfortable learning spaces.
