The scope of work for this project encompassed a full renovation of several key areas within an existing higher education facility. The project involved a complete overhaul of the building envelope, addressing critical elements such as exterior façades, roofing, and insulation to enhance energy efficiency, weather resistance, and overall aesthetics. The renovation included significant classroom upgrades inside the facility, transforming them into modern, versatile learning environments equipped with the latest technological advancements and ergonomic features. The kitchen area was also extensively renovated to improve functionality, safety, and compliance with contemporary health standards.
