The scope of this project included, but was not limited to the following:

• Complete removal of existing roof and installation of a new roof system,
• Grinding and tuck-pointing of east elevation of the building; and,
• Cleaning, painting, and sealing of exterior metal panels and louvers on north and south elevations of the building.
