The project encompassed an extensive renovation and upgrade of the existing studio space, involving several key elements to enhance functionality and aesthetics. The scope included the complete demolition of the existing studio area to make way for modern improvements. The renovation featured installing advanced mechanical and electrical systems designed to meet contemporary standards and improve operational efficiency. Five new classroom and studio spaces were meticulously created to support diverse educational and creative activities, alongside the addition of a dedicated faculty office to facilitate administrative needs. The design embraced a contemporary industrial aesthetic, highlighted by exposed ceilings and polished concrete floors, contributing to a modern, open-concept environment. Additionally, all new storefront windows were installed to enhance natural light, improve energy efficiency, and provide a sleek, updated appearance.
