Path Construction led the demolition of existing office space and renovation to support modern educational needs. The scope included installing upgraded mechanical and electrical systems to enhance operational performance and accommodate advanced technology. Additionally, Path constructed two new lecture halls/computer labs and a fully equipped conference room to expand the college’s instructional and collaborative capacity. Challenges included working within an active academic facility, maintaining safe access for students and staff, and integrating new systems within the existing building infrastructure. Sequencing work to minimize disruption to daily operations was critical, requiring careful planning of material deliveries, equipment installation, and temporary relocations.
