This HUD-financed renovation project involved 147 rental units, with selective improvements made to enhance the overall tenant experience. The project ensured all units met ADA standards. Extensive work included the complete demolition of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the relocation of interior walls to provide necessary ADA clearances. Additionally, the community building, common areas, and landscaping were updated to improve both functionality and aesthetics.
