The Tanner Elementary School renovation encompassed extensive upgrades to enhance functionality and safety. Key improvements included removing and replacing the existing roofing system, comprehensive masonry repairs, and installing new playground equipment with a PIP rubber surface. The additional scope involved landscaping enhancements, constructing a new artificial turf field, and installing a new garbage enclosure with a concrete pad. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems underwent significant upgrades, including boiler plant replacement, steam distribution system replacement, BAS replacement, AHU repairs, and electrical system enhancements, such as main distribution panel upgrades, battery packs, and switchboard replacements. The project also featured horizontal water piping replacements and the installation of new drinking fountains on all floors. Path Construction ensured quality through rigorous inspections, proactive coordination with subcontractors, and meticulous cost tracking to maintain the project schedule and budget.​
