The Tanner Elementary School renovation included comprehensive upgrades to improve functionality, safety, and efficiency. Work involved removing and replacing the existing roof, completing extensive masonry repairs, and installing new playground equipment with a poured-in-place rubber surface. The project also added landscaping improvements, a new artificial turf field, and a garbage enclosure with a concrete pad. Major MEP and fire protection upgrades included boiler plant and steam distribution replacements, new BAS controls, AHU repairs, and electrical enhancements, including updated distribution panels, battery packs, and switchboards. Horizontal water piping was replaced, and new drinking fountains were installed on every floor. Path Construction maintained quality through detailed inspections, effective subcontractor management, and careful cost tracking, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
