Sustainable Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Center

Sustainable Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Center

Project Summary

Path Construction transformed a former industrial facility into a state-of-the-art indoor cannabis cultivation center, providing over 200,000 SF of space with state licenses for adult-use cultivation and room for future expansion. The project incorporated advanced security measures, controlled indoor operations, and renewable energy systems to minimize environmental impact. Retrofitting improved the facility’s visual appeal and integrated it into the surrounding community, supporting local job creation and collaboration with nearby businesses. Zoning approvals were obtained to accommodate reduced setback requirements, allowing construction and operations to proceed. Path Construction delivered a secure, sustainable, and high-performing facility that supports the growth of the cannabis industry while contributing to the local economy and advancing community-focused development goals.
