Path Construction Southwest transformed an existing commercial space in the DFW area into a modern surgical facility. The project scope involved delivering a comprehensive medical space that included 12 patient beds, multiple operating rooms, a full cath lab suite, and dedicated patient recovery areas. Despite challenges such as industry-wide material constraints and significant coordination requirements, Path worked closely with the Owner to ensure the facility opened by the end of the year.
