Construction of the 54,000-square-foot, 124-key StudioRes extended-stay hotel in Mesa included fully furnished studio suites with in-room kitchens and queen beds. The wood-framed structure features reinforced exterior assemblies and integrated MEP/FP systems. The project also included guestrooms, corridors, life-safety systems, and shared amenities, including a lobby, fitness center, laundry room, vending area, communal seating, and covered patio. Designed for functionality and guest comfort, StudioRes Mesa provides a contemporary lodging environment tailored to extended-stay travelers.
