New construction of Police and Fire Station consisting of a pole barn apparatus bay and sally port, pre-constructed modular buildings, site and interior plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical and security systems, overhead garage doors, metal siding panels, fiber cement siding panels, brick veneer, shingle and TPO roofing, asphalt pavements, and landscaping. Sitework included a detention basin and volume control storage system.
