Path Construction served as the builder for the new 12,000 SF Public Safety Facility, combining police and fire operations within a secure, single-story campus. The facility includes a pole barn apparatus bay, sally port, and seven pre-manufactured modular units set on a concrete foundation and CMU pier system. Work encompassed full plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; integrated security and access controls; overhead garage doors; metal siding; fiber cement panels; brick veneer; and shingle/TPO roofing. Site improvements included asphalt paving, landscaping, and a detention basin with volume control storage.
During construction, Path quickly resolved unforeseen concrete obstructions encountered during excavation and adapted to late-issued permit revisions requiring civil adjustments. At the Village’s request, Path also delivered a design/build security enhancement package, including card-entry and intercom systems, CCTV/IP video, wireless locks, specialized programming, and training. These upgrades were completed ahead of turnover, providing the Village with a fully operational, high-security facility.
