The project scope included, but was not limited to:

Renovate existing 25,000 SF office building to house the new Police and Fire Department Headquarters.

Refurbish woodwork, cabinetry, and flooring.

Install new doors, hardware, and acoustic ceilings.

Construct new offices, and interrogation and meeting rooms.
