Path Construction built a new 9,320 SF single-story court facility featuring two technologically advanced courtrooms, secure holding areas, dedicated jury rooms, administrative offices, and a welcoming public lobby. The project included selective demolition of existing structures, installation of modern MEP systems, and comprehensive site improvements. Security systems were integrated to ensure safety for all users. Challenges included maintaining strict security during construction, sequencing work around sensitive judicial functions, and installing complex AV and mechanical systems within a compact footprint while meeting all accessibility and code requirements.
