At the Renaissance Hotel in Northbrook, Illinois, Path Construction transformed the porte cochere and entrance area through a series of targeted improvements. The project included removal of existing EIFS columns, excavation for new concrete footings, and installation of elegant limestone columns. A refined EIFS finish was applied to the canopy fascia, the porte cochere received fresh paint, and new flag poles were added. Electrical fixtures throughout the hotel were upgraded to enhance both functionality and visual appeal.
