Project Summary

Path Construction completed 30,000 square feet of renovations within the fully operational Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, upgrading patient care, research, and support spaces while maintaining daily hospital functions. The Prosthetic Plaster Lab was modernized with new HVAC, mechanical piping, electrical systems, and specialized casework. The 3rd Floor Radiology and Phlebotomy Centers received antimicrobial finishes, new flooring, and mechanical improvements. On the 14th Floor, Path renovated patient areas and Research Labs with new casework, windows, finishes, and building systems. The Pharmacy was remodeled while remaining operational, and targeted ceiling replacements in Electro Physiology Rooms 1727 and 1786 allowed installation of new rehabilitation equipment. The project showcases Path’s ability to deliver high-quality results in sensitive, active healthcare environments.
