This project encompasses a complete renovation of two existing modular buildings, with exterior and interior enhancements.

Exterior work includes the installation of new wall cladding, roof replacement for the west modular building, roof repairs for the east modular building, window upgrades, and various landscape improvements.

Interior renovations will feature updated wall and floor finishes, upgraded ceiling systems, new light fixtures and controls, and the installation of modern plumbing fixtures.

Significant Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades are planned, including replacing wall-mounted air handling units, exhaust fans, diffusers, and registers. To enhance safety, the project will also include installing new fire alarm control panels and sprinkler heads.
