The Prussing Elementary School project involved the full renovation of two existing modular buildings with both exterior and interior enhancements. Exterior work included new wall cladding, roof replacement on the west modular building, roof repairs on the east building, upgraded windows, and landscape improvements. Interior renovations featured updated wall and floor finishes, new ceiling systems, modern lighting and controls, and upgraded plumbing fixtures. Major MEP improvements included replacing wall-mounted air handling units, exhaust fans, diffusers, and registers. Safety upgrades included new fire alarm control panels and sprinkler heads. The renovation modernized the modular facilities, extended their service life, and created a more comfortable and efficient learning environment for students and staff.
