This project involved a building envelope renovation within an active higher education facility. The scope of work included critical structural concrete repairs, masonry restoration, and window replacement across three key buildings on the main campus: the Main Building, the Vocational Technical Building, and the ‘K’ Building. Throughout the renovation, contractors meticulously managed their activities to ensure the college’s regular operations continued seamlessly. The project was executed carefully to minimize disruption and inconvenience to students, faculty, and staff, maintaining the facility’s daily functions without interruption.
