A new two-story, 24,665 square-foot mixed-use facility is being developed for educational and residential use, complete with a partial basement and targeting USGBC LEED Silver certification. The facility will feature dormitories for extended-stay students, classrooms, after-school activity rooms, and various support spaces. The project will be executed in three phases: first, constructing the new building while the existing school remains operational; second, transitioning students, staff, and operations to the new facility upon its completion; and third, abating and demolishing the existing one-story structure. Following this, the site will be upgraded with new electrical systems, utilities, a basketball court, a playground, concrete walkways, fencing, landscaping, asphalt pavements, and other enhancements to improve the overall environment.
