Path Construction is proud to have partnered with Pace Suburban Bus to develop a state-of-the-art facility. At the heart of this complex is a high-tech data room within the 29,012-square-foot, one-story Office Building, designed to securely store and manage critical operational data. The office spaces include customer service areas, offices, a loading dock, and training and conference rooms. Unique design elements include a clean agent system for fire protection and a power design featuring a 75kVA UPS system, ensuring reliability and security for the building’s operations.

In addition to the office space, the facility features a two-story Acceptance Facility, Bus Storage and Maintenance Facility, and is equipped with cutting-edge EV charging systems. Designated areas for bus storage and driver training are also included.
