Path Construction served as the General Contractor for the 5th-floor buildout of One Chicago Tower, a landmark development in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. In partnership with JDL Development and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Path Construction transformed the expansive 5th-floor space into a boutique hotel featuring nine high-end units. The team oversaw the whole project scope, managing framing, MEP rough-ins, and final finishes to deliver exceptional quality and craftsmanship. The completed hotel enhanced One Chicago Tower’s offerings, elevating the building’s reputation as a premier destination for luxury living and accommodations. Path Construction collaborated closely with project partners to successfully execute the buildout, delivering a sophisticated, elegant environment that reflects the tower’s iconic status.
