Miramar Towers is an eight-story, HUD-financed apartment renovation project featuring 157 units. The renovation included a complete demolition of kitchens and bathrooms and the relocation of interior walls to meet ADA compliance and provide necessary clearances. In addition to the residential upgrades, the community building and common areas were also renovated. Landscaping and site improvements were made to enhance the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
