The Miramar Towers project involved the comprehensive, HUD-financed renovation of an eight-story apartment building featuring 157 units. The residential upgrades included the complete demolition of kitchens and bathrooms, and the relocation of interior walls to achieve ADA compliance and necessary clearances. In addition to the unit work, the community building and common areas underwent renovation. The project was completed with necessary landscaping and site improvements to enhance the property’s overall appeal and functionality.
