Located in Concord, North Carolina on Union St, this Mini Storage Depot project is the ground-up construction of a 208,000 GSF self-storage facility. Featuring metal panels, EIFS, and exterior masonry, each building’s structure is made from cold formed metal framing and structural steel. The two single-story climate-controlled buildings have 335 units in total. The five single-story stand alone buildings are comprised of 156 outdoor accessible units.
