Located on Maynardville Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee, this Mini Storage Depot project involved the ground-up construction of a 95,400 GSF self-storage facility. The core structure of each building utilizes cold-formed metal framing and structural steel, with the exterior finished using a combination of metal panels, EIFS, and exterior masonry. The facility is anchored by a large, three-story building, with roughly 24,000 SF per floor, which houses all of the climate-controlled units. Additionally, the site features two single-story stand-alone buildings that are dedicated to providing convenient outdoor accessible storage units, offering a comprehensive mix of secure and accessible options for the community.
