At Marshalls in Coralville, Iowa, Path Construction executed a full tenant improvement build-out of 22,000 SF from a vanilla shell. The project included framing and drywall, complete mechanical and electrical systems, installation of finishes, and the full millwork package.

Performing the fit-out in an active retail environment required managing deliveries, staging, and work sequencing to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants and mall operations. The project successfully delivered a fully finished, functional, and visually appealing retail space ready for occupancy.
