The Kingsport Area Transit Service (KATS) is essential with helping the community in Kingsport, Tennessee maintain or gain self-sufficiency by providing them with access to everyday essentials such as grocery stores, doctor’s offices, and employment locations via bus routes and Dial-A-Ride vans.

The new 23,000 SF maintenance and storage building will include six garage bays, an office with storage space, a mezzanine, and a wash bay with provisions for a future automatic wash system. The KATS Maintenance Facility project will be completed at the end of 2023.
