The pre-Path Construction project involved several HVAC upgrades across the property. This included removing and replacing 22 HVAC units in various buildings with the installation of new steam piping, electrical systems, and controls. Additionally, new structural steel was installed to support the updated HVAC units and ductwork. The scope also covered the removal and replacement of 11 exhaust fans and 14 air dampers, as well as the installation of a new combustible gas detection system.
