The project involved comprehensive HVAC upgrades across the property, including the removal and replacement of 22 HVAC units along with new steam piping, electrical systems, and controls. Structural steel was added to support the updated units and ductwork, and the scope included the removal and replacement of 11 exhaust fans and 14 air dampers, as well as the installation of a new combustible gas detection system. The work was executed with careful attention to safety, quality, and efficiency, improving the facility’s operational performance and reliability while maintaining ongoing building functionality throughout construction.
