Harvard Elementary Renovation
The scope of work included comprehensive masonry and concrete repairs, full tuckpointing of the exterior façade, and the reconstruction of masonry parapets. All existing roofing systems were removed and replaced. Targeted environmental abatement addressed asbestos and lead-based paint hazards. Interior improvements included selective plaster repairs, floor replacement, and painting within corridors, classrooms, offices, and the auditorium. Site work was completed with new asphalt paving and striping.

Deneen Elementary Renovation
This project involved a complete upgrade of mechanical systems, including heating and cooling infrastructure repairs. Air ventilators, convectors, and fan coil units in all classrooms and offices were replaced. Boilers, booster pumps, water heaters, and all associated piping and valves were replaced. Additional work included repairs to chiller circuits, makeup tanks, air handling units, and updates and integration of the Building Automation System (BAS). Interior improvements included selective plaster and flooring repairs. Pre-K classrooms were upgraded with new marker boards, millwork, automatic door operators, and drinking fountains. Civil work included the installation of new ADA-compliant concrete stairs, ramps, handrails, asphalt paving, and sidewalk repairs.
