The project included selective demolition, asbestos abatement, new electrical wiring, lighting, occupancy sensors, and fire alarm systems. Interior upgrades featured new walls, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, countertops, and overhead doors. Key accessibility improvements included installation of an elevator, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were modernized to support long-term functionality. Construction operations were carefully confined to active work areas to maintain normal business operations for staff and the public throughout the renovation.
